My Journey to EduCURE

Stephanie Sweat is a dynamic professional whose multifaceted career spans legal administration, business consulting, marketing, healthcare management, and clinical research recruitment. She began her professional journey as the Lead Legal Administrator for a Texas law firm, where she developed expertise in legal operations and honed her organizational and leadership skills over six years. This experience provided her with a robust administrative foundation and sparked her interest in business and corporate management.

Building on her legal background, Stephanie transitioned into business consulting, where she became a strategic partner to small businesses across Southeast Texas. She played a pivotal role in guiding startups through their early phases, driving client acquisition, and implementing innovative marketing strategies—including website development and social media campaigns—that significantly increased brand visibility and customer engagement. Her proficiency in crafting business plans, executive summaries, and operational outlines helped numerous entrepreneurs realize their visions.

Recognizing the critical need for accessible mental healthcare, Stephanie advanced her career by joining a mental health facility as an executive consultant. In this capacity, she identified significant gaps in access, particularly among underserved populations with limited awareness of the profound impact of mental health.
